Shipping costs are calculated by our shipping partners at the time of checkout.
Domestic returns policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item.
The product(s) must be returned to WTG within 14-days of receipt of the item(s), and in original packaging. All accessories and documentation received with the item must be included.
Returns that have been altered by the buyer, or which do not include all accessories and documentation, will not be accepted, refunded or replaced, and will be sent back to the purchaser.
Properly received returns which arrive after 14-days from date of receipt will be refunded for store credit only.
Returns properly received within the return window will be promptly refunded to the buyer or replaced with a duplicate item. Purchaser may choose.
Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.
Returned items which were purchased as gifts will be handled on an individual basis.
International shipping
All pricing is shown in US dollars. For conversion we recommend a Currency Converter.
Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
International orders may require additional time in transit. WTG is not responsible for delays due to customs.
